Anything is possible. That was the premise.
Luisa spent years inside Mallorca's luxury hotel industry before going out on her own. In 2011 she co-founded Mallorca Label, a concierge firm serving Mallorca and Ibiza, and over eight years the team earned a nickname from its clients: the achievers.
The Label & Co. is the next chapter. Based in Palma, it brings the same hotel-grade concierge service to private clients, villa and yacht owners, skippers and boutique hotels across the Balearic Islands, alongside weddings, signature events and communication and sales support for independent hotels.
Since we do not have superpowers and have not learned to clone ourselves, we work closely with the best professionals in Mallorca to guarantee the result: decorators, lighting and sound specialists, photographers, chefs, captains and drivers we have trusted for years.
Luisa is an Honorary Member of Les Clefs d'Or, the international association of hotel concierges, whose crossed golden keys are the closest thing the profession has to an official seal.
